Running 3CX v16 on VOIP.ms SIP service with no issues. However, today, inexplicably, we cannot make Outbound calls. Gettting a "Call Failed, Server Error" message. In the 3CX logs, the following is reported...
Call or Registration to xxxxxxxxxx@([email protected]) has failed. 2x.2x.1xx.4x replied: 503 Service Unavailable; from IP:2x.2x.1xx.xx:5060
I tried changing VOIP.MS SIP servers with no success. We can still receive calls, just cannot make any Outbound Calls. Whats puzzling is, no changes were made to the 3cx system and we've been running fine with v16 since release and with VOIP.MS for over a year now.
Any advice to getting this resolved would be appreciated. Thank you!
