Call Flow App build Error

Hi im trying to add a call flow app build and i keep getting the below error,

basically im trying to do an outbound dialer for a campaign and after downloading the app i say they were demos i could just use so i edited to suite my need but no matter what i upload i keep getting this error

What is the extension number that you have used to build the CFD?
Is this number already taken from an extension?

yes i realized it was already taken and it seem to have worked fine after i changed it to a completely different one
