Hi All,
I`m trying to play a little with the CFD , and i`m trying to making a simple route on certain days .
lets say monday and tuesday to extension 1 , when not available to extension 2 and on the rest of the days to ext 3, when not available to ext 4
the first part is working (mo-tu to ext1 )(we-thu-fr to ext 3) but the second part (not availble) does not work. What is the correct way to do that ?

Hi Harry!

First of all, I think you need to define what "Not Available" means. Do you mean not Registered, Not Answering? Etc.

Also, there is another section in the Forums for CFD help, but as this is more of a "logical" problem, maybe we can help.

But I have a suggestion, why not create 2 Ring Groups, RG A for "Mon-Tue" and RG B for "Wed-Thu-Fri".
In RG A place ext1 and ext2 and set the polling strategy to Prioritized Hunt.
Do the same for RG B and ext3 and ext4

Effectively if ext1 does not answer, or if is unregistered, ext2 will get the call.

Then in your CFD, all you need to do is send the calls to RG A and RG B, instead of directly to the extensions.
