Call Flow - Integration with CRM

Good Afternoon Colleagues
I hope you are doing well . One of my colleagues needs to implement the below scenario:

• He has CRM with list of numbers that needed to be called.
• File with people to call received from CRM.
• We need 3CX start calling the first number.
• We don't need to connect the call to agent but we need 3CX to play recorded voice message which is the same for the first number and all other numbers. once the recorded voice message finishes, We need 3CX to end the call.
• Then we need 3CX start calling the next number in the list and so on till all numbers in the list finishes.

How can i achieve the above ?

Thanks for your reply . We have tested SIP Caller but our customer located in Egypt and SIP is not allowed in Egypt.

So is there ant alternative similar to SIPCaller that can be installed on premise ?

What do you mean by SIP not being allowed in Egypt? SIP is a standard protocol, 3CX uses SIP to connect with your SIP Trunk. And we have customers in Egypt using SIP Caller without any problem...

Perhaps they are only allowed to use traditional phone lines POTS / PRI? If that is the case, another alternative is our 3CX Power Dialer which can call a list of numbers, play a message, and hang up automatically. That message could be a pre-recorded .wav file, or we can use OpenAI or Azure OpenAI for text-to-speech to generate a unique message for each contact. This is common for things like appointment reminders where we can specify the appointment date/time/location and patient name within the customized message.
