Call Flow many Call Queues

Hi,

I want to use this following CallFlows:
Call Flow Office: Incoming Call -> Call Queue 90 (15 Secounds) -> Call Queue 91 (15 Secounds) -> Mailbox
Call Flow Support: Incoming Call -> Call Queue 90 (15 Secounds) -> Call Queue 92 (15 Secounds) -> Mailbox.

How can I create this CallFlows?
I know, that I can add "Destination if no answer" in Call Queues, but I can´t use it at Call Queue 90, because there are diffrent destinations...
Is it posible to build something like this with call flow desinger?

My question is with which criteria you will send the call on queue 91 or 92?
