Hello,
I have hosted the 3cx pbx on Lightsail amazon. I have designed simple call flow menu. From my user dialer, i can be able to dial the menu extension and its working correctly. But when a customer dials our did he/she cannot hear the playback and even if he/she presses any digit, its not transfering the user to the relevant ring group.
But from the 3cx dialer, i can here the playback very well and if i press either 1 its taking me to the ring group set.
Kindy assist

Did you setup the inbound rule correctly so that it goes to your CFD?

Also, audio issues like this could be related to the provider or the firewall config.

Do you use a supported trunk provider?
if not, ask your provider support if they send DTMF using RFC2833 on the trunk

Yes, the provider asked me to enable RFC2833 codec, but unfortunately, that is not available on 3cx

Yes, the inbound is set correctly
How can i configure the firewall??

Yes, the provider asked me to enable RFC2833 codec,
Perhaps i'm wrong, but it seems to me, 3CX default is to have RFC2833 enabled

You might be correct as well.. But the problem is, The sip trunk is ip to ip based. So when a customer calls, he/she does not hear any sound even if any digit is pressed, its not passed on to the pbx

So, this is a problem most certainly on provider side, and as they are not supported, you need their support assistance to do some detailled analisys on what happens.

Or if they don't , may be this is the time to change for a supported trunk provider
