Hi,

We are running v15.5 SP6, along with 2 SIP trunks - VoipTalk and Voip Unlimited.
I know both these trunks are unsupported now, but we have had them for a long time and they used to be supported trunks.

When we try making outbound call to the number 0755310****, the call doesn't go through.

One of the sip trunks gives the error message
" Call or Registration to 0755310****@(Ln.10001@VoipTalk) has failed.
77.240.. replied: 480 Temporarily unavailable; from IP:77.240.48.201:5060 ",

whereas the other trunk gives the error message
" Call or Registration to 1410755310****@(Ln.10003@VoIP Unlimited) has failed.
91.151.. replied: 403 Spoofed From-URI Detected; from IP:91.151..:5060 ".

The message heard while trying to make the call is "call forbidden by administrator".

We have blocked calls to all countries other than UK and India, and the number in question is a UK number but currently is with someone in India.
Can someone please let me know what could be the possible issues?

Thank you.

Hi
If you have done change on rules or country granted , first step should be to step back and see if problem is here or not. ;)

Have you tried 'Disable All' under Sip Trunks , then 'Enable All' to see if the sip trunks have any issues registering.

Rebooting the 3CX server

Hi,

The error in the second trunk at least is telling you why the provider rejects you.

You might have to talk to them so they can tell you what they want to see in those fields and then you can make the change manually and try again.

have you tried to call same number from mobile for example? perhaps problem in not on your side and callee may be just unavailable in time you tried to call.
