Good Morning,

I'm trying to figure out an issue when dialling a specific number from 3CX.

This happens on 2 3CX instances i've checked on so far my colleague has set up.

Both 3CXs are on 16.0.8.9 with FW test passed and the same SIP Provider. (BT WSIPT)

I've tried creating a specific outbound rule for this number and i'm still getting call forbidden by administrator.

Call or Registration to 01482221485@(Ln.10000@BT WSIPT) has failed. <SIP_IP> replied: 603 ResponseDestination triggered; from IP <SIP IP>:5060

My suspicion is the SIP provider (email them already) but just wanted to make sure it wasnt 3CX config

That actually looks like a 3CX prompt which means that the call is probably blocked in 3CX. Check you outbound rules or the allow countries or the extensions you are using in case they are not allowed to make this call

The IP that is sending the 603 is a BT IP address? If so then BT is blocking the call and the prompt you hear is in response of the error message

Yes it's BT.

As I suspected - i'll wait to hear from the provider.
