Call forbidden

I am new to 3cx and testing to see if the company should invest in the system.

I have setup a system in the company domain, and now I am sitting at home trying to use my softphome from 3cx. I can call from my cellphone, so incoming calls are working ok, but I can't call from my IP-softphone to my mobile. I get the error FORBIDDEN.

This is the log. Any ideas?

Do you dial calls with 8 digits or do they want a few more digits at the beginning of the number, maybe a 0 ? Is the trunk showing as registered? Provider password and user name correct?
