It would be wonderful if an additional option “Do not forward (ring normally)” could be added to “Forward internal calls to” under “Call forwarding” in 3CX.
This would make it very easy to control that users can still be reached for internal calls, while external callers are forwarded to the mailbox or another number. This behavior is currently very difficult to implement in 3cx, but is requested by many 3cx users. With the proposed solution, it would be super easy.
