Hello! We very recently upgraded to 15.5 and now the Call Forwarding setting seem to ignore the seconds timer that we set. All calls ring the desk phone once and then immediately send the call to mobile. Why might this be? Thanks so much! Most phones we have are Yealink T26P's currently, btw.

Hello @Tseug

Is the forwarding set through the extensions forwarding rules? Are the extensions set to available? Have you updated the phones firmware to the latest supported and are you using the 3CX default firmware?

Answering all of those questions - yes. :) It turns out that the culprit was the "Ring my mobile simultaneously" checkbox. If left unchecked then the seconds setting for the Timeout would be regarded.

...But that shouldn't make the desk phone STOP ringing...

You would think so, right? I figured checking that box would ring both phones...simultaneously. ;)

I'm wondering if it's these T26P's that we have. We do have a few T42G's that I was going to check if they behaved differently.

EDIT: That T42G phone also rang once and then immediately to the mobile.

Could be something with the Legacy Phone for sure...

Check the Activity Log, that will show what answered, and when.

Since you are sending the call to the mobile device as well then check if the call is answered or sent to voicemail as that would cause the extension to stop ringing.
