Call Forwarding to external number

We divert our unanswered calls to Number A - which is working correctly, but the Caller Line Identity (incoming number) is not showing, it just forwards Number B - which is our own number
We need 3CX to forward the incoming number with the divert, not our own one
Is this something that is possible?

While this does require that your provider allows any number to be sent (as mentioned), it will also depend on some other factors, including the type of forwarding used, and some trunk settings.

Is there a way to pass the original caller ID when forwarding calls to mobile? We have sales guys out in the field and it is a pain for them to have to write down phone number from customers in the field just so they can return their call. I know the app can help with this but it is something the old timers don't want to deal with.
