we need to have the ability to forward calls to changing numbers. Our employees have no access to a PC or a webclient and need to forward there calls to chaning numbers. For this we have to do this on the dialpad on the phone. The Yealinks (T46s) have this option in their menu but it's not working.
I read there were 2 workarounds
- Disable Feature Key synchronization. This doesn't seem to exist anymore in the new firmwares.
The other is changing -> Feature -> Mode to custom instead of phone but this also doesn't seem to work.
The phone accepts the forward to a number (shown as an orange arrow on the phone) but 3cx doesn't seem to understand this as the phone still rings.
Please don't offer me the solution to change presence as the fowarding number changes every few hours. We need to do the formwarding at the phone.
