Call From Strange Numbers

Good morning I have been receiving these calls all morning.
The firewall test is ok on my PBX
Never had this kind of problem until now.
My firewall is a pfsense, another client of mine with the usual firewall and another 3cx doesn't have this kind of problem.
What can I do to stop these calls?
Switchboard restarted, telephones, continue, and always from different numbers.

Hi @clauderegert,

If you're not using STUN, I'd suggest limiting port 5060 SIP port to only the IPs used by your SIP trunk provider.
