Hello community, In the last few weeks I have seen this error in some of my users, it is not in all of them, does anyone have an idea how to solve it?
appears in the call history tab:

"Exception of type Npgsql.PostgresException occured in 'ProcessCallHistory' line 4329. Message: XX000: MultiXactId 1 has not been created yet -- apparent wraparound"

Thanks for help

Seems like a database error, can you provide the following info:

1. When did this first occur, was it after something specific happened? Update, reboot, crash, etc.
2. Is this a PBX upgraded from previous versions to v18 or a direct deployment to v18?
3. Does this occur for every single user or just some?
4. If you access the Management Console and go to Reporting >> Call Log, do you see the call log normally? Try generating a call report for the last, let's say, 3 months. Does everything seem normal or do you perhaps have huge inexplicable gaps in the entries?
5. What OS is this PBX running on (Windows Server 2019 , Debian 10 , etc)
6. Are you running any third party software on the PBX or accessing the Database in any other way even only for read purposes?

It may be that the 3CX Database is corrupted in which case your only option would probably be to use an older 3CX backup with an intact database to redeploy the machine so identifying when the issue first occurred is key.
