Maybe discussed before - I use Flowroute and have a Prefix to prevent fraud.
The History on the softphone stores the prefix
If I goto my history to call someone again - I can not.

Is there something I can do in the truck setup to rewrite the outbound number to remove the digits if they exist.

You mean that when dialing a number with the prefix it doesn't work?

Normally, the required prefix are added by the Outbound Rule.

exactly - but in my iPhone history - the tech prefix is there. so if I click the number to call it again - it adds the prefix. I can do an outbound rule to remove the prefix and add it again - but why is it showing up at all in the call history?
why not just show the number that I dialed - and not the number the SYSTEM dialed.

@Vali_3CX I thought I put this into the Softphone forum - my apologies.
Am I doing something wrong?

Not sure if this will help you or not but if you are dialing with a fixed number of digits lets say for example 10 digits then you can add a second rule above the existing one that detects if an 11 digit number is detected and either strip 1 and prepend your prefix or leave it as is.

Yes I did try that as well. That helped dial the number. But the history in the iOS softphone still showed with the prefix. I’ve gone back to the registration model.
