Call into 3CX with Skype Connect with Skype Name

We have a Skype Connect account. Looks like I can add a IPprovider connection into 3CX with this account. Will our users be able to connect with us using the Skype name associated with that Skype Connect account or will they have to dial the phone number associated with the Skype Connect account? The reason for asking is that I think using the Skype name is "computer to computer" so would be free for them vs. dialing a phone number where there is a per minute Skype credit charge. If so, then there's no advantage to having the Skype Connect feature as they could just dial our normal main number from within Skype. No cost savings for them.
