Hi There,

Can anyone help.

I am trying to send a call using an extension as the forward. If I ring the extension 11102 it works fine and sends the call to an external number, however if I try to link this extension to an incoming sip call ([email protected]) then I get the following error.

22:29:59.793 Call::Terminate :[CM503008]: Call(41): Call is terminated
22:29:59.746 LineCfg::getInboundTarget :[CM503011]: Inbound office hours' rule for LN:10005 forwards to DN:11100
22:29:55.433 Call::RouteFailed :[CM503014]: Call(41): Attempt to reach [sip:[email protected]] failed. Reason: Not Found
22:29:55.433 CallCtrl::onSelectRouteReq :[CM503013]: Call(41): No known route to target: [sip:[email protected]]

The bit I don't understand is that it is saying "[sip:[email protected]] failed. Reason: Not Found". I know that 127.0.0.1 is localhost and it is the same as "sipx.mydomain.net" but I can't find 127.0.0.1 anywhere is 3CX in any of the files.

Can anyone help - I have spent about 3 hours an this and it's now getting too me.

Regards - Colin

Sounds like the extension hasn't registered, as localhost (127.0.0.1) won't ever go anywhere out of the local host (funny that).

Are you sure you've set up your firewalls properly first?
