Call Journaling issues

Hi there,

We have on a 3CX PBX the "Cal Journaling" option enabled and an SQL statement brings the calls in a table of our database. We have noticed that some calls are not coming at all. We also noticed that this is happening when someone is on call and another call comes during the first call. If the first call is not terminated, the second is not showing up at all.

Could you please help us here with this problem please?

Call journaling doesn't log missed calls that rang multiple extensions. So if a call is from a queue or a ring group, it won't be logged if not answered by someone.
