Is there any reason the Call Log isn't displaying the contact name in the "To" field on outbound calls but it displays the contact name in the "From" field on inbound calls.
I can see the phone number but not the contact name. It's strange that it is reporting correctly for inbound calls but not outbound.
This happens to all external numbers. Internal numbers (extensions) are displayed correctly.
The numbers are mobile numbers stored in Contacts and the Contact Type is 3CX.
Any suggestions?
