Call me via the site form

My site has a button, call me, that by entering your phone in a form and clicking on the button pabx, it automatically returns a connection to the client. How to do this in 3cx?

You can use a Call Flow Designer dialer to do it. Your web site can insert a record in a database with the number to call. Then the CFD dialer can get the information from the database, make the call and connect it to an internal extension. Take a look at these articles for more information:
