We are running an Elastix 1.6.2-37.
In call monitoring recording source display as its ISDN source instead of the extension number (Please see the attachment) that commits the call recording which is not exactly accurate and useful when it comes to a large amount of recording requires to many different extensions.
Can anyone please advise if there is a workaround or solution to implement to make it display as the actual extension number?
