Call Monitoring

Hi all,

We have a elastix 1.6-13 server, with an extension set up record "always". However it does not display in "Monitoring" tag, and cant find it under

/var/spool/asterisk/monitor/

We have tested this a several times, and it just does not record calls.

Have anyone ever had this kind of issues before?

Paste the CLI output (asterisk -r) to see what is going on.

if you go into free pbx under the general settings tab there are some record call recording settings. If its set to on or yes then it will over ride your extension settings. Check it out.
