Solved Call number on history drops call

I have a dozen Htek 862 with blind transfer.
All but one phone works fine.
With the problem phone when using headset if I choose to dial a number from history the phone disconnects. If using handset or speakerphone it works fine.

Current 3CX with all patches.

Although this does not look like a phone system issue since this is the only device with this behaviour, have you tried resetting the phone and re-provisioning in case something has gone wrong? Are you using a custom template on this device perhaps?
