We are using version12 service pack 6. We have 10 Yealink t38 g phones some with firmware 38.70.0.221 and others with 38.70.0.125. NEITHER of these phones will allow a user to re park a call to the same parking spot as the spot that the user picked the call up from. When a user tries to repark a call the call is immediately disconnected.

This happens when using the DSS key configured as a BLF "VALUE" of SP0. This is the only way we can figure out how to allow a user to pickup a parked call WITH THE HEADSET OFF THE HOOK. If we configure the DSS key as a "call park" "VALUE" of SP0 then we can repark the call. However we can only pick up the call WITH THE HEADSET ON THE HOOK.

Any Help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!
Thank you

I recall it being a limitation that the park and vm keys do not work when off-hook on the T3x series.
You are best to stay on Shared Park and tell people to release the dial tone before hitting the button.

On the Phone -> Softkey Layout of the GUI - change Custom Softkey to Enabled.
This will add a CANCEL button to the dialing screen - allowing them to hit Cancel to release the dial tone.

(This may affect other softkeys as well... you will have to play a bit)
