Good Evening,

I was wondering is it possible to change when a phone picks up from a Shared Parking slot that the system would issue a busy tone if nothing is parked in that slot ? All that it seems to do is just play the "hold" tone until someone hangs up. I just find this a little weird.

Hi @brianlee79,

Kindly note that this the expected behavior.
To further explain, when no one is in the Shared Parking Slot and you press the Shared Parking BLF, you add yourself in that slot, therefore, the Music on Hold you are listening.
