Call parking - no ring back

We updated to v20 a couple months ago. After doing so we starting using the *0 call parking feature. This feature no longer rings back to the original parker.

We previously used the shared parking extensions but due to mix phones and the elimination of the extension linking to SP extensions we had to switch to the *0 functionality.

How can we get the ring back to work with the *0 call parking?

Please be advised that the dial code parking option never had the ability to call back; this feature is only available with shared parking initiated via BLF keys.

That's unfortunate. We were using the shared parking previously but because some of our phones did not have BLF we used the extension transfer work around. That work around was taken away in v20.
