Call pick on analog part of the system

We currently have a mixture of IP phones and analogue phones with a Grandstream gateway.

Not sure if call-up is an available feature for analogue systems - as I have tested this whilst on site - but on IP phones it seems to work.

The pickup is handled by 3CX, and it does not care if it is SIP or analog. It's an extension like any other. It will work.

Yes, you are correct – however, this would have to be changed on the system code's part. I changed it to *66 and seemed to work.
