call pickup *20* does not work on linksys spa

The call pickup feature *20* does not work on linksys media gateways (SPA 2102 and SPA 3102). According to the 3CX manual, pressing *20* should retrieve the call from any ringing extension. However, any phone connected to Linksys spa's generates a busy tone after pressing asterisk-two-zero (doesn't reach the last asterisk, immediately the busy tone is played). Seems that *20 migth be a reserved key in linksys? any help in making call pickup work in linksys spa's that's connected to 3CX? thanks

Is it being blocked by the dialplan in the Linksys device?
