Have reports from customer of poor call quality. Calls are broken up. Difficult to hear what people are saying.

Customer has a Debian 9 SBC running on a Windows Server 2016 Hyper-V virtual machine with only a dozen extensions.

The Windows Server 2016 is not under load. Used only as a file server,

Customer has a full duplex 100 mbps leased line.

Ports 5060 and 5090 are given priority on the QOS section of the Draytek V2926 router.

All customer handsets are Snom D315 set up to use the SBC.

Any thoughts as to what might be causing the call quality issues?

TIA

Hi @Shobosh,

Is the bad audio quality heard only by customers calling in, or can your agents hear the same?

If you log in to the Web Client and call *777, is there any bad audio? If no, call internally, from extension to extension while both are using the Web Client, is there bad audio?

If no, try one web client to one of the Snoms internally, what is the outcome there?

You may find that the QoS on the Draytek is causing you issues - have you tried with it off?

Also, you dont need to port forward to your SBC.
