Hello Everyone,
I am new with 3CX. We are using 3CX for just two months now.
Normally I have a stable running WLAN in my company with Cisco controller & APs.
But unfortunately I am having some issues with WLAN connected Android devices.

When I make calls to/from/between Wifi Connected devices, I am having bad signal sign and really bad communication. Sometimes it gets normal within a few seconds and sometimes never does. Then it is not possible to have a nice conversation.

Is there something I should do to fix this? What does that sign tell me?

What I mention is that sign: (Both callers are in same room and have good wifi signal during this call.)

(Right now I have 7 Android users causing this much problems. I have 60 more devices to release. We are worried to release them.)

Additional information:
I have locally hosted Professional Perpetual 16.0.2.910 License on Win SRV 2012R2
I use various Android Devices (Android 8+)
I use IP Dects of Avaya 3720 and Ascom

Hi,
which audio codec do you use, on extensions, on sip trunk?

Hello,
My all Extensions have this codec list in this order:
GSM-FR
G729
G.711 U-law
G.711 A-law
G722

My extensions also have this Network settings:
Network interface for registration and provisioning : 192.***
SIP Transport : UDP
RTP Mode : Normal
DTMF Mode : RFC2833

What's expected on your sip provider side?
