In Progress Call quality reporting using RTCP-XR

I would like to see 3CX incorporate something similar to the Fonality FONscore as detailed here using RTCP-XR. Yealink endpoints support this. It's one of those 'feel' good reports that customers like to see.

I'd like to ask about this as well @Nick Galea The FONScore, in particular, was GREAT at first glance. Just like in 3CX where you can see the green/red dot for registered endpoints, it had a yellow for endpoints that were borderline for connection quality. The scoring was great for first tier folks to see if one endpoint or all endpoints at a location were experiencing quality issues.

Soooo how's this coming along? Any ETA?

Two months later and now v16 update 5 is out. Still looking forward to this feature being in use. Could we get an update on the roadmap here? @Nick Galea

We're well in to 2020 now. Has any call quality reporting been implemented? This is something we'd really like to see.

We are working on RTCP support

18 months later and RTCP feedback or reporting still isn't available? It'd be nice to know where it was trending so we'd have something to look forward to.

Yes it’s important to know the development process because it’s a pro feature. It should be available just for the ones who pay for pro or enterprise license for my point of view.

@Nick Galea Any update? This is a thread from 2016. I keep popping in and, with 3CX now offering to host combined with so many WFH during the pandemic, it's even more important to be able to garner a glimpse into under-performing endpoints.
