Hi,
Just wondering as I haven't seen this explicitly mentioned in the documentation (may have missed it, been reading a lot lately):
When an extension is an agent in multiple queues, and is the only agent online, how are incoming calls handled?
Scenario: 2 queues, 1 agent logged in
Caller A, gets routed to Queue 1
Caller B (calls after caller A), gets routed to Queue 2, is on hold
Caller C (calls after caller B), gets routed to Queue 1, is on hold
When the operator is finished with Caller A, do the calls come in in that order? (Caller B, then C - Assuming no "Priority" queue is set)
Thanks!
