Call Queue comfort messages

Hi,

Is it possible to have more than one hold message (comfort message) on a call queue? I do not want to use the intro prompt and I do not want to have to overflow a call to another call queue just to hear the 2nd hold message (comfort message).

This is quite a standard feature of other PBX's and quite an important one for customers with a call centre inviroment.

Good question. I hope you get an answer. We are on V15 and I can't even see the option to have 1 comfort message, let alone 2.
