Desired result: Calls sent to Queue to ring multiple Mobile Phones at the same time with Rebound enabled to ensure that mobile voicemail does not capture the call. (while playing the hold music and message)
Configuration settings examined: I have setup Queue Agent with Extension Forwarding rules (only forwards calls without the Announce Caller (Rebound) by setting Ring to mobile simultaneously which is useless for my case because the Mobile Phone Voicemail can capture the call). It does not pass the calls when you try to force the use of Rebound regardless of "Accept calls from Ring Groups" or under "Settings > General > Allow forwarding to external numbers in Ring Groups and Queues". Nothing makes the Announce Caller work, the call just blips off to whatever the Queue is set to do when no one is available. And I have been unable to get it to work with a Ring Group.
It would appear from this that perhaps you can not use Announce Caller (Rebound):

Is that true? If so, I'm not going to be happy if I have to keep a FreePBX instance live to handle this part of the system.
