Hi all
So I've got a 3CX system on a server 2019, providing phones to 20 sites.
Every site has 2 call queues.
Queue 1 has the DID's attached, and after 20 seconds, the call gets passed to Q 2.
Works fine on 19 sites.

On site 20, the call queue is not ringing on any of the phones.
The only peculiarity about this site: they are all cordless phones (3 ext).
I have even added a dummy Ext, which then forwards the calls to one of the cordless ones. I tested that ext - works.
That Ext is in the call queue: No calls come through.

I have deleted the call queue and set it up from scratch - nothing.
I can call the individual Ext without any issues, the phones do ring, so they are talking to the PABX, the are showing as green in the Receptionist view.
I have even deleted and setup the Ext again - still the same issue.

It used to work before and still works on all 19 other sites with the exact same setup.

What bug has befallen me here?

What type? All handsets running off the same base, with some sort of simultaneous call limitation?

3 separate base stations. All 3 in the same call queue.

Please start from here, and additionally, include information about the way the phones are provisioned at that remote site

What you can do is log in one of the users into the webclient and call the queue.

If they still don't ring, then you have to check and see whether the users in question have explicitly logged into that specific queue. If not, then will not not ring for queue calls (regardless that they are on a W52)
