Hello,

I will need help with call redords, in fact I used the XML template to integrate 3cx into our CRM and the contact search and contact creation scenarios are giving good results.
I would like to save a copy of the call record .WAV in the database of our CRM with the metadata of the record to be able to associate them with the associated contact to create a call log for each user so that he can consult the recordings received during incoming calls from 3cx.

I thank you in advance.

The call recording WAV file is not available in the XML template. Please check this for an idea about how you could get the WAV file by creating a PHP page:

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.
the solution you just sent me uses php to retrieve the .wav records from the "C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Recordings" file and send them to the CRM. but I saw that this can be done directly by using Filezila to store the records on an ftp server and then retrieve them directly by a script implemented at the CRM level.

can you validate this approach for me?

on the documentation "https://www.3cx.com/docs/server-side-crm-template-xml-description/" of the Template XML there is the possibility of using scenarios with type <Scenario Id="" Type ="SQLDatanase"> which may be of interest during the ReportCall and CreatCall scenario to be able to send the recording directly to the crm database with the metadata of the record.

can you confirm this solution for me as well?

I thank you in advance.

This is definitely a feature we are going to make easier to integrate / make it available thru our CRM integration

Can't wait! We got workarounds but rather have a native solution! :)

The solution would give you an URL to download the recording. 3CX also lets you store these recordings remotely through FTP and other options, so that's something you can do if you prefer.

This is not possible at the moment, because the recording link is not available to the XML template.
