call recording access for specific users

hi,
i want to give call recording access to one of the extension , but do not want this extension to access for all the users recordings
please advise

Hi @Bilalikram,

Ensure that "Show Call Recordings" is enabled in Phone Provisioning for the extension in question.

In Rights, ensure "Can see Group Recordings" is unchecked.

Can see group recording is unchecked already and show call recording is enabled as well. Just would like to know how can I grand recording access for 1 extension to some of the extensions, not all

for example extension 110 wants to access recording for extension 113, 114, 115 only

Hi @Bilalikram,

Sure, in that case you can place extensions 110, 113, 114 and 115 in a separate Group. Then give 110 the right "Can see Group Recordings".

Check the section Groups in v16 or Extensions >> Groups in v18.

Alright, I will check it. Than others can not see this recordings , is it right

Yes @Bilalikram, if they've not been granted the right to see recordings on the extension level, they will not see recordings.



Remember also for Extensions: 113, 114 and 115 they should have recordings enabled on the Extension under Options:
