Apologies if this has already been covered, did a quick Google and couldn't find anything.
We are just planning a new AWS hosted system for a B2B lead-gen agency in Leeds who spend all their time making calls. They want enough storage space on their VM to hold 6 month's worth of call recordings. I was just wondering, is there any information anywhere re how many MB of space is used up for every minute of audio?
We know how many hours a day their staff will be on the phone, we also know the number of staff and the number of days per month. Now we need to turn that into gigabytes.
Thanks in advance!
