Call recording for ALL call Queue calls

Hi

Is it possible to record all calls for a particular queue? Seems the only way to start call recording is by manual selection in MyPhone.

No. You have to choose each extension that you want to record.

Can you clarify, is there an option somewhere to switch on call recording for an extension? I cannot see that anywhere.

This option you can find in Extention setting - Other. (see 1.jpg)
And you must choose the directory there record files will be save.(see 2.jpg)
