Call Recording Inbound/Outbound locations?

I've been looking for where I can find the call recordings in the iOS app, when making or receiving calls. The option is there on the dialer, and seems to function, but looking for the recording yields no results after. Where can that be found, and is there anything else I need to set up that feature to work?

iOS Version: 17.0.3
Model: iPhone 14 Pro Max

Hi, from the pbx management console ---- edit the user --- go to phone provisioning ---- 3cx app ---- access ---- enable the parameter show call recording and apply the settings.

Once that is done, where are they supposed to be located on the device? That's the problem we having an issue with, finding the actual recorded files. Thank you.

That's the disconnect. We will have to get with the admin and figure this out, because the setting is enabled properly, however the Recording folder isn't showing up on the devices. Thank you.

Hi, sorry but I did not notice that you are using a free version, my mistake I tought you were using a dedicated installation...

Please note that with free versions recordings is not available, only using the SMB or dedicated installation.

I'm not. I had to create a forum profile to ask the question. My company has the SMB.

Using the SMB access to the webclient and check this menu



or also generating a report you can get the call recording.

Also the user must be using the role of manager, group owner or system owner to access the recordings
