Call Recording platforms

Hi all

Does anyone know of any 3rd party call recording platforms that work with 3cx? While 3cx records calls we need something to make it easier for the line managers to search their call recordings. Not the content of them (though how amazing would that be?) but rather to be able to search for recordings of all calls from User A to number xxxx, or all calls coming in from India, for example.

Anyone know of anything? These type of features seems very easily available with hosted services and it's something we would like here.

Hi g22,

I suggest looking into SIP Print Call Recording http://www.sipprint.com. It is compatible with 3cx. It is sip based, uses sip handsets and transports via rtp packets. It also includes the call logging, and call tracking features you want.
