Solved Call Recording Quota Full

As the recording quota is fixed and greyed out on Hosted by 3CX instances. May I know how to increase the cloud 3cx call recording storage?

This can not be increased, there is fixed space allocation for 3cx hosted instances depending on license size. You can archive your recordings to a remote location thus releaving them from local machine and allowing for more recordings to be saved.
