As far as I know, that is not currently possible with the 3CX voice bot.
We have created a similar voice bot that registers as an extension in 3CX. It pulls it's knowledge from a central knowledgebase created (and updated nightly) by scanning your website, user manuals, YouTube channel, and supplementary files you upload. The bot limits responses to data you provide rather than pulling rubbish from the internet.
We use the same knowledgebase to provide an AI-based help feature in our upcoming "VoIPTools One" product. This new help feature keeps a transcript of the user's conversation. We then uses AI to identify common areas where customers have questions so we can improve our software based on frequently asked questions (they can submit feature requests, suggestions, and bug reports too).
If a user asks a question that cannot be answered by the information in the knowledgebase, we automatically flag that conversation, create a ticket, and then ensure the the user gets an update with the needed answer and simultaneously we update the knowledgebase so the next time a similar question is asked the needed knowledge is available.
I see no reason why we could not adapt our voice bot to generate a similar transcript of your voice conversation and push that to your CRM. We could give the voice bot a score on how well they handled the call too and inform managers when it gets a low score. We can do pretty much anything you need.
This new voice bot is not a commercial product yet, but if you needed it right away, we could get you a solution quickly.
