Hi :)
I've created a new CRM template.
I use the call journal and new calles are automaticlly created in my CRM.
I'd lik to get with all the parameters, an ID / link or something that will enable direct access to the recording files - is it possible?

Another question
We have an IVR so basically, when someone calles, he's asked to press 1, 2 Etc...
After choosing, he's being redirected to another extention according to his choice - the person in the specific extention doesn't always answers BUT since the the call was "answered" by the IVR, it being sendt as "inbound" (even if no one answered in the choosen extension).
Is there a way to set things so the IVR won't count as answering?

You can't send the recording link to the CRM. The variables you have available are the following:

Unfortunately this is not possible, the call will be considered answered in this case.

Thank you for your answer :)
Is there, generelly, a way to get access the recording out of the 3cx interface?

Could adding a call recording link to the journaling feature in the future be a possibility since reports can include them?

This would be possible, but it's not as easy as it seems. We had some internal discussions about this, as some CRMs require that the recording link is accessible without credentials, others require the recording data (not the link), so we still need to properly define what to do with this. Please note that even if this has been discussed internally, there is no ETA for the feature.

Why dont simply send a link, with no credentials?
You implement the link in your CRM and set it to be opened in a new tab.
Credentials should be up to the 3CX side - If the user is already logged in in another tab, he can automaticlly have access to the link - if not, he's automatically redirected to a log in page and from there (in logged in succesfuly) to the recording URL.
All the recording systems I know work that way.

That is great to hear that it has been discussed. Please consider this - since adding a link would be simple as it would be just a text field, could that not be given as an option soon? I understand some CRMs might want the actual recording data but the much more significant cost, in terms of both development and resource usage, of implementation shouldn't hold up the simple alternative. This shouldn't get pushback since it's not taking away from the systems/developers that want the full recording data and it may open some eyes to this much simpler alternative.

Please,
add in parameters would serve a lot.

Ex:
  1. CallType
  2. Number
  3. CallDirection
  4. Name
  5. EntityId
  6. URL_Record
