Call recording when diverted to a mobile

Our system is set up to record all phone calls within the system.
If a phone is set to transfer an unanswered call to a mobile phone will the system still record the call?

We have tried to test this, and so far it does not seem to record it, however I wondered if anybody else had any experiance in this or any suggestions.

it will not record the call when transferred to a mobile. if you are using the iphone or droid app you can set the call record in there and then eventually you will be able to sync with itunes but not yet.

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but has anyone found a way to record calls that are sent to a mobile/outside number?
