If you are using a softphone that supports call recording you can record your calls. XLite supports recording, for example.

thanks all, i'm using xlite but it does not have automatic recording as the user has to click a recording button.
also i'm having trouble to register a voip on 3cx, the provider are using port 1710, any suggestings, thanks

You can supply the port when you add a new line (or change it for an existing one). Change the value in the Proxy Port (default is 5060) to 1710 and make sure that if you use a firewall it should allow traffic through this port (1710).
