Can someone guide if it is possible to send audio recordings of 3CX to S3 bucket ? Tried last time with AWS Transfer family but it is not supported.

Is there any way to send the call recording to S3 bucket.

If it is possible to send call recording to some email address as attachment, that can work too.

AWS S3 Buckets are not supported for recordings archive or as a backup location.
Google Buckets on the other hand are: https://www.3cx.com/docs/google-cloud-storage/

You can not configure an automatic way to send recording via email directly from the PBX either but you can schedule and generate call reports, and send them to an email address, from where recordings can be downloaded, providing the appropriate rights are given to the extension in order to do so.

Also, with the appropriate rights set, a user can open their webclient and see their own call recordings or if extension rights are given, can see all recordings from all members of an extension group they are a member of.

So natively in 3CX you can't send calls to S3. But at the OS level you should be able to via rclone which can present many different cloud storage options as local file systems. I say should because I've never tried it.

Correct there is no option to use AWS3 buckets and even if you try to use SFTP this will also not work. In regards to using anything on the OS level to send files to external storage this would be out of the scope of 3cx and is not recommended as the files if removed will no longer be accessible from the management console or webclients, as the built in 3cx archive keeps a reference of archived recordings which allows them to still be accessible.

I encourage you to take a look at our 3CX Recording Manager tool. It can email the recordings to a central email (as welll as the agent that recorded the call) and if you can make AWS look like a local drive, we can archive it there too.
