Hi Forums

Could you please assist, 2 of our clients PBX's are giving a "HTTP ERROR 500" when anyone tries to pull call recordings.

Where are you exactly getting this error, is it when trying to download a call recording from the Management Console or is it displayed when trying to download from the 3CX webclient as well?

Could you provide a screenshot of the error?

Also, where is this 3CX PBX hosted and what OS is it running on, can you access the file system directly and check if these recordings exist, or are these perhaps archived recordings?

It is on the management console and on the webclient.

Here is the screenshot of the error:

The PBX is hosted and running on windows OS.

Are you trying to download the file from a PC that is local(same LAN) or remote to the PBX?

From the screenshot it looks like you tried to download the recording file from a Call Report, if that's the case, did you try both links (IP and FQDN):

All I was told is that the Reports are working but the recordings are not working.

So you do not know for a fact that they cannot download them from the Recordings section (not reports) of the Webclient or Management Console?

Do you know if both links are failing and if they are local or remote to the PBX as per my previous reply?
