I have a customer I was trying to diagnose an issue for yesterday, and I noticed the call report button is missing. Did it move? I searched through the settings menu, activity log, event log and support at the top and I couldn't find it anywhere. Where was this feature moved to? I hope this wasn't removed in an update/license change, that's the first place I go if I'm diagnosing an issue for a customer

Call reporting is available in Pro and ENT versions only.

You'll notice you're also missing the queue button as this isnt included in Std.

unbelievable.

so what are we supposed to do with all of our clients that have standard licenses? if they come to us with an issue and they ask for what happened with a particular call or we just supposed to say "sorry I don't know, you need to upgrade your license before we can take a look"? am I supposed to open a ticket for every one of these instances? is 3cx even going to be able to help or are they going to see "oh you have a unsupported SIP trunk so we're just not going to help"? I cannot believe 3cx would make such a short sighted change that would impact your own partners so heavily.

It's been years since reports were in Std.

You still have access to CDR as well as the call log and activity log. Those will give the informations you need.

If they need more, then upgrade them to Pro. It's one more sale!

those aren't anywhere near as intuitive or give as much information as the call report does. this is nonsense

That's how the licensing works. Std is basic. Pro is better!
